RKH0201 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0201 hybrid cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKH Hybrid Cables series. Designed for servo drive installations, this combination cable carries motor power, auxiliary power, and signal pairs in one sheath, simplifying routing between the controller and moving axes in automated machinery. Combining these circuits in one jacket reduces the number of separate cable runs between the drive and motor. This layout is useful where power and feedback must travel through the same moving cable path. It also helps preserve signal integrity in dynamic drag-chain applications where repeated flexing is expected.

The cable uses bulk type REH0800 and terminates at both ends with RHS0001/C03 circular connectors, allowing direct connection to compatible IndraDrive drives and MSK motors. Its stranded copper conductor layout uses 5×2.5 + 5×0.34 + (2×2×0.34) mm² cores, providing current capacities of 2 x 25 A and 2 x 15 A while the smaller conductors carry encoder and control signals. A PUR outer jacket resists coolant splash and meets the oil-resistance requirements of DIN EN 60811-2-1 and HD 22.10 A. The jacket is free of halogen and silicone additives, and flame propagation is limited to EN 50265-2-1 levels. For static installation, the cable can be bent to a 5×AD radius, and in motion it operates from -20 °C to +40 °C.

The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles in cable-track service when the moving loop maintains a minimum radius of 10xAD. Its outer diameter of 16.2 ± 0.5 mm supports compact routing while maintaining the conductor cross section needed for power and signal transmission. Under fixed installation conditions, it remains serviceable from -30 to +40 °C, and storage is permitted from -30 °C to 60 °C. Compliance with IEC 60332-1 adds flame-resistance performance for crowded machine enclosures.
