The RKH0200 hybrid cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It integrates power, control, and high-speed data cores in one assembly so automated production lines can run motors, sensors, and encoder feedback through a single routed cable. This construction streamlines wiring inside machine frames and limits the number of cables that must be guided through drag chains and cabinet glands. The model is often routed alongside pneumatic lines in high-cycle pick-and-place stations where cable reliability influences overall uptime. By combining multiple transmission paths in one sheath, the cable helps keep moving axes organized and reduces congestion at machine entry points.

The cable's nominal outside diameter measures 16.2 mm, and inside that space five power cores sized 5 × 2.5 mm² carry three-phase energy together with protective earth. Separate control circuits use five signal wires of 5 × 0.34 mm², while bidirectional fieldbus traffic is supported through two twisted data pairs rated at 2 × 2 × 0.34 mm². A wear-resistant PUR jacket surrounds every element; this material resists oils and weld splatter and is halogen free for use in confined electrical enclosures. The compound and stranding design make the cable suitable for continuous movement inside drag chains without conductor fatigue. The compact grouped layout is useful where motion axes share narrow carriers or pass through tight machine openings.

The cable has a minimum static bend radius of 5 × OD when it is fixed and a dynamic bend radius of 10 × OD when it travels in an energy chain. Continuous operation is permitted down to -30 °C in fixed routing, and the product can be stored or transported at temperatures as high as +60 °C. This temperature range helps the insulation remain flexible during machine shutdowns, seasonal plant temperature swings, and long shipment intervals. The stated bending limits also support predictable routing where repeated motion and fixed installation sections exist in the same machine.
