Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the RKH0121, a member of the RKH Hybrid Cables series. This pre-terminated hybrid cable carries power, control, and feedback signals in a single sheath, allowing servo drives and compact actuators to be connected through one line rather than separate power and encoder leads. By combining these circuits in one cable, it reduces routing complexity inside moving cable tracks and keeps the installation more orderly. The preassembled design also avoids field termination at each end, which helps maintain consistent connection quality in industrial automation systems.

Its service life in continuously moving chains is rated at 5,000,000 bending cycles, which states how many flex events the conductors can withstand before wear is expected. Flexibility during motion requires a dynamic minimum bending radius of 8 × D, where D is the cable diameter, so routing loops can be sized without overstressing the jacket or internal cores. Both ends terminate with the RHS0021 circular connector, eliminating field crimping and providing matched mating points at each side of the assembly. Inside the jacket, the signal group uses the REH0803 construction, combining copper pairs and power cores in a layout that helps limit crosstalk between adjacent circuits. The cable operates and can be stored within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C, which supports use in cold storage areas as well as warmer production spaces.

For fixed installation, bends must observe a minimum radius of 4 × D, which allows tighter routing after the cable is secured in place. The cable is the Basic model, so it uses the standard sheath and shield arrangement rather than optional special features. It is supplied as a Ready-Made assembly with a Hybrid conductor set, allowing one cable to carry motor power together with low-level signal and feedback paths. This arrangement helps keep moving harnesses lighter and reduces the number of separate connections that must pass through the same cable path.
