Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the RKH0110 as part of the RKH Hybrid Cables series. This preassembled industrial cable integrates power and feedback cores in a single sheath, so one assembly can connect a servo drive to a moving axis without requiring separate cable runs. Because the conductors share one jacket, cable routing stays more organized in compact machine layouts and helps reduce the chance of mismatched motor and feedback connections. The cable is suited to energy-chain layouts used in pick-and-place units, gantry systems, and other automated machinery where repeated motion is expected.

The cable has a Ready-Made classification, so it arrives cut to length rather than supplied as bulk stock. Its construction is identified as a Hybrid Cable, which combines motor supply conductors with encoder and brake circuits under a common outer jacket. The internal layout uses the Basic model level, providing standard shielding and jacket materials suited to production environments with moderate oil and chemical contact. Mechanical endurance is rated for 5,000,000 continuous bending cycles, supporting long-term use in drag-chain applications. During motion, the dynamic bend radius is limited to 10xD, while fixed routing requires a static radius of 5xD to reduce conductor fatigue and protect the internal core structure.

Each end is terminated with a Plug Connector RHS0011, allowing direct attachment to IndraDrive controllers and compatible motor interfaces. The polymer and metal coupling hardware is keyed to help prevent polarity inversion during connection, and the matching connector style simplifies alignment at both ends of the cable. Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 80 °C, allowing the cable to function across a wide thermal range in industrial service. The same temperature limits apply during storage, so the cable can be kept or transported without special thermal conditioning.
