RKH0101 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0101 hybrid cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It combines power conductors, control pairs, and shielded signal cores inside one flexible assembly, so a single cable run can energize a servo motor while returning encoder or sensor data to the drive. This integrated layout reduces cabinet bulk, shortens wiring runs, and supports coordinated motion on transfer lines, pick-and-place axes, and other industrial automation stations that require synchronized power and feedback. Because power and feedback paths are bundled together, routing remains more orderly in moving axes where separate motor and encoder cables would otherwise take up more space.

The conductor set uses the designation [5×2.5 mm² + 5×0.34 mm² + (2×2×0.34 mm²)C]StC, which indicates five power cores, five control cores, and two twisted-pair signal groups under common shielding to limit electromagnetic crosstalk. A PUR outer jacket resists abrasion and cutting oils, while the cable diameter of 16.2 mm ±0.5 mm fits standard metric cable glands. The minimum bending radius is 5×AD for fixed routing and 10×AD during moving operation, which supports use in drag-chain applications. The material is Halogen-free, so combustion gases remain noncorrosive during a fire and help protect sensitive drive electronics. The jacket also withstands repetitive flexing without microcracking in rapid-cycle cable tracks.

The sheath is Silicone-free, which helps prevent surface contamination in painting or coating areas. Storage and transport are approved from -30 °C up to +60 °C, allowing the reel to remain in unconditioned stockrooms or container shipments without material hardening or deformation. These temperature limits support handling before installation and routine storage between machine assembly stages. They also allow the cable to be staged with other machine components before final installation.
