RKH0001 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The RKH0001 hybrid cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RKH Hybrid Cables series. It combines motor power cores and feedback pairs inside one jacket so automated handling, packaging, and machining cells can route fewer conductors through cable carriers. By carrying drive current, auxiliary supply, and encoder signals in a single run, the cable reduces routing complexity between Rexroth servo drives and synchronous motors while maintaining signal integrity in dynamic industrial environments.

RKH0001 is supplied with the assembly code RHS0001-REH0800-RHS0001, indicating identical molded plugs on both ends of the 8 m harness. Inside the sheath, the conductor set uses a [5x2.5+5x0.34+(2x2x0.34)] mm² StC layout; the five 2.5 mm² cores carry motor phase current, five 0.34 mm² cores handle auxiliary supply, and two shielded signal pairs carry encoder data. The cable has an overall diameter of 16.2 mm, which fits common energy chains while leaving practical clearance for movement. For static routing, the minimum bend radius is 81 mm, and under continuous drag-chain motion the required bend radius increases to 162 mm to reduce conductor stress. The jacket material, halogen-free insulation, silicone-free materials, and drag-chain suitability support use in cleanroom or paint-shop areas.

The outer jacket is made of PUR, which provides abrasion resistance and complies with the oil test of DIN EN 60811-2-1. Fire behavior meets IEC 60332-1, so the cable is self-extinguishing and does not readily spread flame. For fixed routing, the service temperature ranges from -30 °C to +40 °C, allowing use in cabinet paths exposed to moderate cooling or heating. Factory-mounted connectors simplify installation, and the R-end and L-end markings on the boots help prevent reversal of drive and motor wiring.
