The RKG4201T008 encoder cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RKG Encoder Cables series. Designed for servo-axis feedback loops, it links an encoder on a moving motor to the corresponding drive module in an automation cabinet. The assembly carries differential position signals and reference voltages with shielding that minimizes electromagnetic interference. This helps the drive receive stable feedback during acceleration, deceleration, and direction changes. Intended for dynamic machine segments, the cable supports continuous flexing in drag chains and suits packaging, pick-and-place, and material-handling equipment.

Chemical-resistant jacketing and internal shielding protect the twisted pairs from oil mist and conducted noise, helping preserve accurate encoder feedback throughout the motion cycle.
