The field end is terminated with an M23 Hybrid (SPEEDCON) plug that locks with a quarter-turn and mates directly with MS2(x) motor sockets. That connector style provides a compact motor-side interface and keeps attachment straightforward in tight spaces. The power cores are sized at AWG 16 to match the drive output terminals. For fixed routing in wiring ducts, a static bend radius of 5 × D helps prevent conductor fatigue. The harness also uses a Direct Connection layout, so there are no intermediate terminal blocks between the motor and the ctrlX DRIVE cabinet.
