The cable is built for heavy-flex applications and endures 5,000,000 continuous bending cycles in energy-chain tracks. Its internal layout uses 4x L + 2x 0.5 mm² + 4x AWG 24 - DS, meaning four power cores, two sensor pairs, and four data conductors share one outer jacket. As a hybrid cable, the assembly carries drive current and digital encoder signals without crosstalk. Each power core has a cross-section of 0.75 mm², supporting the rated MS2 stall current while limiting voltage drop over typical servo lengths.
