The KCU Electronic Control System is designed specifically for use with HMV01, HMV02, HCS02, or HCS03 control systems, which are part of the IndraDrive Mi generation. The KCU is a compact drive connection that consolidates all connections to an IndraDrive Mi drive into one common coupling, while also providing control voltage to the entire drive through a power supply routed from the DC bus of an IndraDrive power converter or power supply unit. With an IP20 protection class and integrated protective fuses on the DC bus connections, the KCU ensures safe and reliable operation.
