The IKS0334 is an encoder feedback cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the IKS Encoder Cables series. This cable links high-resolution feedback devices to compatible drive controllers, transmitting incremental or absolute position data while maintaining signal integrity in continuously operating machinery. Its pre-assembled format supports automated axes in packaging, material handling, and machining cells that require reliable motion feedback. It is suited for systems where the drive must receive consistent position signals during frequent starts, stops, and direction changes.

The cable is designed for dynamic routing on energy chains and other moving installations. A service life of 5,000,000 bending cycles indicates that the cable can flex repeatedly without conductor fatigue in drag-chain service. The conductor set uses 4×2×0.25 mm² + 2×1.0 mm², with the smaller twisted pairs carrying differential encoder channels and the larger cores supplying auxiliary power. Rated insulation withstands 300 V, supporting typical encoder and low-power actuator voltages. This layout keeps feedback channels and supply conductors in one assembly while maintaining orderly routing. An outer diameter of 8.8 mm allows compact routing through cable trays and bulkhead openings, while the PUR jacket resists oils, coolants, and UV exposure in factory environments.
