The IKG4169 cable is a pre-assembled motor power lead produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the IKG Motor Power Cables series. It links an IndraDrive controller to a synchronous servo motor, carrying three-phase power and auxiliary control lines in automated conveyor, packaging, and machine-tool axes. By combining power, brake, and sensor conductors in one shielded assembly, the product simplifies cabinet wiring and lowers electromagnetic interference inside industrial motion systems.

This model uses 4x10.0 mm² copper power cores to handle the continuous motor current, while the brake and temperature circuits are routed through a composite pair of 2x1.0 mm² + 2x1.5 mm² control leads for signal integrity. A round outer diameter of 22.2 ± 1.0 mm keeps the bundle compact enough for energy-chain carriers. The sheath is molded from PUR, a matte, adhesion-free material that resists cutting oils and weld spatter. Installation inside stationary trays can follow a minimum bend radius of 5 × D, and dynamic routing in drag chains must respect 7.5 × D to prevent conductor fatigue. These geometry limits, paired with the copper cross-sections, support continuous acceleration cycles without loss of insulation integrity.

Electrical performance includes a conductor resistance of 1.91 Ω/km, which limits voltage drop over long runs, and a mutual capacitance of 1.0 nF/m that keeps the drive's PWM edges within EMC limits. The assembly is built from bulk cable type INK0605 and terminates in the controller-side plug RLS0723 and the motor-side housing INS0481, providing keyed, 360-degree shield connections that match Rexroth pinouts. An orange RAL 2003 outer color supports quick circuit identification on the factory floor, and the adhesion-free jacket eases removal from sealants during service.
