The IKG4167 is a motor power and control cable assembled by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the IKG Motor Power Cables series. The assembly links a servo drive to its corresponding motor, delivering three-phase power and auxiliary control conductors in manufacturing cells, packaging lines, and other motion platforms. By matching the INS0380 flange interface and INS0381/C10 motor connector, the cable provides a direct connection between the drive cabinet and the motor housing. Its combined design keeps motor power and auxiliary control conductors in one assembly, which helps maintain orderly routing through moving machine sections.

Its bulk conductor set follows the INK0605 designation and is arranged as 4x10.0 + 2x(2x1.0) + 2x(2x1.5). The four 10 mm² phase cores carry the motor's main current, while the paired auxiliaries support brake release and thermal monitoring circuits. Each power core has a cross-section of 10.0 mm², allowing continuous operation at the cable's rated power voltage of 300/500 V; the separated control pairs work at 300/300 V. With a loop resistance of 1.91 ?/km at 20 °C, voltage drop is limited so that servo drives can maintain torque over extended runs. The auxiliary pairs remain separate from the main phase conductors, allowing the brake and temperature-related circuits to travel in the same cable assembly without mixing functions. The cable is terminated with the molded INS0381/C10 connector on the motor side and open leads toward the cabinet for drive-side landing. Open drive-side leads allow cabinet termination to match the terminal arrangement of the connected drive.

For dynamic routing, this model is built for 5 million bending cycles and is approved for drag-chain layouts, preventing conductor fatigue during continuous strokes. A continuous aluminum-laminate foil and braid provide a Total Shield that blocks drive-induced EMI from reaching adjacent signal lines. The outer sheath is manufactured from PUR, a wear-resistant material that resists cutting oils and maintains flexibility at low temperatures. Visual identification in crowded cable tracks is aided by its Orange (RAL 2003) jacket color. The shield runs along the cable length to reduce interference between the motor supply and nearby wiring. The jacket also protects the cable during repeated travel in moving carrier systems.
