IKG4146 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat

The IKG4146 cable is a dedicated motor power lead produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the IKG Motor Power Cables series. Designed for servo axes, it routes three-phase power and auxiliary brake or feedback-related signals between an IndraDrive controller and the matched synchronous motor. The hybrid structure reduces wiring complexity in automated assemblies, protects low-level control lines from electromagnetic interference generated by the power cores, and maintains electrical characteristics that allow drive amplifiers to modulate current accurately under high cycle rates.

Its line-to-line capacitance is limited to 0.7 nF/m, which helps minimize reactive current and supports stable pulse-width-modulated output from the inverter even with long cable runs. Direct-current resistance in the copper cores is 7.98 ?/km at 20 °C, which helps limit voltage drop and heat buildup during operation.
