The cable is designed for continuous motion service, so it supports high cycle rates demanded by pick-and-place gantries, packaging equipment, and other dynamic industrial stations.

The cable has a rated life of 5 million bending cycles, allowing it to operate inside drag chains without premature conductor fatigue. A circular sheath diameter of 10.0 mm provides a compact footprint that fits standard energy tracks while still accommodating the three power cores, each sized at 0.75 mm² for low-loss current delivery up to 300/500 V system voltages. The outer jacket is molded from PUR, a thermoplastic polyurethane that resists abrasion, oil, and coolants encountered along linear guides. Because it is approved for drag chain use, the cable can run in tight service loops with small bending radii and maintain signal integrity during constant acceleration and deceleration cycles.

Auxiliary feedback or brake conductors inside the cable are dimensioned at 0.5 mm², providing enough cross-section for control signals without increasing bundle stiffness.
