The IKG0061 cable belongs to the IKG Motor Power Cables series produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is intended for connecting servomotors to their drive in industrial automation layouts, carrying phase power and control cores in one sheath so panel wiring stays compact. The cable is designed for both fixed routing inside cabinets and dynamic routing through cable tracks found on gantries, pick-and-place arms, and other moving axes.

Mechanical endurance is rated for up to 5 million continuous bending cycles, making the cable suitable for tight-radius chain applications. Its core geometry matches bulk cable type INK0603, which keeps conductor sizing consistent with standard drive accessories. Signal integrity is supported by a line-to-line capacitance of 0.8 nF/m, which helps limit reactive current in high-frequency inverter outputs. DC losses are minimized with a conductor resistance of 4.95 ohms/km, which helps keep voltage drop low at typical motor currents. The outer jacket is molded from PUR that is adhesion-free and matte, so it can glide easily inside plastic guides without sticking. A halogen-free material mix eliminates corrosive gases during a fire and allows installation in areas that follow stricter safety requirements.

The round profile measures 17.0 mm across, fitting standard EMC glands while still leaving space in narrow cable tracks. For static mounting, the minimum bend radius is 5 × D, so wiring inside compact control boxes is possible without excessive strain. Under fixed conditions the cable operates from -30 °C to +40 °C, and it remains flexible down to -20 °C for moving runs. Storage temperatures match the fixed operating range, and the wire insulation tolerates 80 °C during motion or 90 °C when stationary, giving additional thermal margin near braking resistors or power supplies.
