The IKG0011 is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the IKG Motor Power Cables series. It provides the primary power link between a drive controller and a synchronous or asynchronous motor in automated machinery, carrying phase and protective-earth conductors within an oil-resistant jacket. The cable can be used on moving machine sections as well as fixed cabinet runs, so one assembly supports both dynamic routing and stationary installation in industrial automation layouts. That role is important in servo-driven conveyors, machine tools, and handling systems where uninterrupted motor power is required during repeated motion.

The conductor set follows the IKG (Power) designation, indicating a configuration suited to three-phase motor loads with a centered ground core. Electrical insulation supports a nominal rating of 600/1000 V, allowing use on common low-voltage industrial mains. Cable handling limits include a minimum fixed bend radius of 6 × OD, while motion applications must observe a flexing radius of 10 × OD to reduce cyclic conductor fatigue. Keeping within these bend limits helps the cable route cleanly through trays, guides, and machine corners where repeated movement can otherwise shorten service life. The outer sheath is made of PUR (oil-resistant), which helps resist cutting oils and coolants while maintaining jacket flexibility during operation.

Mechanical connectivity is established with an INS0108 plug on the motor side and an INK0653 plug on the drive side, both keyed to preserve phase sequence. These molded connectors belong to the AEH/RKS system and provide threaded strain relief with positive latching in vibration-prone areas. For carriers or energy chains, the cable is marked as Suitable for drag-chain use. The keyed connection helps keep installation orientation consistent, and the threaded interface reduces the chance of loosening during machine operation. This supports repeated motion without unwanted twisting and helps the cable remain stable during acceleration and directional changes.
