The Indramat HZF combining filter is used to suppress current leaks and provide interference suppression at the mains connection of the power supply unit. There are three versions of the HZF filter, each with specific requirements for nominal current and losses. The filter is designed for use with HVR supply modules and must be mounted either to the left or right of the supply unit. To ensure optimal performance, the supply line to the HZF must be shielded to prevent interference. Additionally, it is crucial to always connect the DC bus connection to the HZF filter in order to operate the system properly.
