BTV06 Miniature Control Panels

The BTV06 miniature control panel, designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is part of the BTV series of machine handling control panels. These innovative devices provide a user-friendly graphical interface for effortless operation. Measuring 318x200x53 mm in size and weighing 1.7kg, the BTV06 boasts a robust front panel made from varnished aluminum polyester foil, offering excellent chemical resistance. The high-resolution black and white LCD display features 240x128 pixels, providing full graphical capabilities, and is encased in an impact-resistant enclosure for added durability. The panel comes equipped with 39 keys, including seven programmable keys that can be customized to meet specific user needs. Powered by a series 68000 microcontroller, the BTV06 boasts 1 MB of flash memory, 512 KB of RAM, and two non-isolated serial interfaces for reliable data transfer. The device features 10x24 V inputs and 10x24 V outputs, as well as COM1 & COM2 interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity. Additionally, the BTV06 includes an RS485/422 interface, enabling seamless communication with other Indramat products.
