Introducing the BTV04, a compact and user-friendly control panel designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This innovative device enables operators to easily control and manage machinery through a intuitive graphical user interface. Measuring 203x143x45 mm in size and weighing 1.7kg, the BTV04 boasts a rugged and durable design, featuring an aluminum front panel, a 128x64 pixel LCD display, and an impact-resistant enclosure with 38 keys. Of these keys, 16 are dedicated machine control keys with LEDs, while 7 are programmable by end users to meet specific requirements. Powered by a robust series 68000 microcontroller, the BTV04 comes equipped with 1 MB of flash memory, 512 KB of RAM, and two non-isolated serial interfaces. The device features 10x24 V inputs and 11x24 V outputs, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications. Additionally, the BTV04 is equipped with RS485 and RS232 interfaces, enabling seamless communication with other Indramat products. For initial setup, the BTV04 requires software loading via a PC and connection cable. The software will guide you through the configuration and customization process, ensuring a hassle-free setup experience.
