The 2EX200.50-1 module from B & R Automation is part of the System 2010 Controllers series. This I/O module supports a direct master/slave topology with up to 31 remote slaves, connects via RS485 through a 9-pin D-type socket, and mounts on BP202 base plate. It supports adjustable baud rates up to 2000 kbit/s for distances to 100 m and draws a maximum of 12 W. Measuring 285×40×185 mm, it fits standard industrial enclosures.
