The B & R Automation MCE16A-1 is a robust 16-channel digital input module from the DI Digital Input PLC Modules series. It operates with minimal and maximal input voltages of 16 VDC and 30 VDC at a nominal 24 VDC and draws ca. 10 mA. It offers optocoupler based electrical isolation and an input resistance of ca. 2.2 kOhm, with response times of 1 msec and 2 msec for changing states.
