The flange measures 190 mm, so the unit fits into machines that follow the larger IEC-compatible installation pitch. Position feedback is generated by an inductive encoder running the digital protocol release EnDat 2.1. Within that channel the sensor outputs 19/12 bits of single- and multiturn data, allowing the controller to resolve fractional degrees as well as the absolute revolution count. Heat produced by the stator is removed through a self-cooling concept that relies on free air circulation, removing the need for fans or liquid circuits. Because a holding brake is not present, any static load must be secured by the drive system itself, and the absence of an oil seal limits the application to clean environments.

The encoder can record motion over 4096 revs without losing its absolute reference, a range suitable for long-stroke indexing tables. Its Inductive EnDat measuring principle is resistant to dust and light shock, improving reliability on fast-cycling machines. All power and feedback conductors exit through an angled swivel connector, so cables can be routed away from moving parts while the fixed mounting flange keeps the stator aligned. Torque is delivered through a shaft end supplied with key, and the lack of reinforced bearings keeps radial load ratings in line with standard duty cycles.
