Its Inductive EnDat measuring principle is resistant to dust and light shock, improving reliability on fast-cycling machines. All power and feedback conductors exit through an angled swivel connector, so cables can be routed away from moving parts while the fixed mounting flange keeps the stator aligned. Torque is delivered through a shaft end supplied with key, and the lack of reinforced bearings keeps radial load ratings in line with standard duty cycles.
