The motor mounts with a flange measuring 190 mm, which provides a stable mechanical interface to the machine. Its rated speed is 3000 rpm, allowing the drive system to support fast cyclic motion without exceeding the motor's normal operating speed. Cooling is handled by self-cooling with free circulation, so the motor does not require an external blower or liquid circuit. The output end is a smooth shaft, making it suitable for backlash-free clamping couplings and avoiding the stress concentrations associated with keyed hubs. The motor remains in the standard configuration and does not include a reinforced bearing, which keeps the design aligned with general-purpose automation use.
