Mechanical attachment uses a mounting face sized for a 142 mm flange, and the shaft end is supplied with a key for positive coupling. Wiring exits through an angled connection that can swivel, and all power and feedback conductors terminate on a single connector. This arrangement keeps the motor connection area compact and supports flexible cable routing. The housing uses self-cooling and relies on free air circulation, so no external blower is required. Nominal operation is rated at 3000 rpm, giving the drive system a steady operating speed for reducers or direct-drive stages. Position data come from an internal encoder with 19/12-bit resolution, separating single-turn and multi-turn values for smooth interpolation by the controller.

The feedback unit uses Inductive EnDat sensing, and communication follows the EnDat 2.2 protocol so absolute position values can be transferred over a two-wire serial link during motion. Multi-turn tracking is available up to a 4096-turn capability, which eliminates the need for batteries inside the encoder and keeps position information available after power returns. The motor is built to revision 3, which includes this encoder electronics package and diagnostic channels for temperature and supply voltage. It does not include a holding brake or an oil seal, so it is better suited to clean environments or enclosed installations where sealing is handled by the surrounding machine.
