The 8LSA55.DB045D000-3 is a three-phase synchronous motor produced by B&R Automation within the 8LS Synchronous Motors series. It is supplied as a standard 8LSA configuration without reinforced bearings and is intended to drive servo axes where compact size, high speed, and closed-loop feedback are required in industrial automation cells. In those systems, it converts electrical drive commands into controlled rotary motion for repeatable positioning and speed regulation. The motor reaches a nominal velocity of 4500 rpm, providing rapid positioning for packaging, material-handling, or pick-and-place stations. Rotor position is measured by an Inductive EnDat encoder that operates with EnDat version 2.2.
