Power and feedback exit through a straight top connector, which helps keep cable routing clear above the motor body. The top-exit connection is useful where adjacent machine surfaces leave limited side clearance. The shaft is a smooth shaft with no oil seal, and a standard holding brake locks the rotor when the drive is disabled.
