The 8LSA35.DA030S200-3 synchronous servo motor is manufactured by B&R Automation and is part of the 8LS Synchronous Motors series. Designed for integration into compact machine modules, the unit converts three-phase electrical power into controlled mechanical rotation for positioning and speed-regulated tasks along automated production lines. Its design follows the 8LSA standard configuration, so the rotor bearings are not reinforced and inertia stays low for moderate radial loads in conveyor, pick-and-place, and packaging axes.

It reaches a rated speed of 3000 rpm, allowing mid-speed motion profiles without exceeding drive voltage limits. The mounting face measures 91.3 mm across the flange, so the motor mates directly with ISO size 90 gearheads or brackets. The encoder delivers an absolute resolution of 19/0 bits in single-turn format, giving the controller fine incremental data without the overhead of multi-turn counting. Because the unit is a three-phase synchronous design, it maintains constant torque up to rated speed.
