Intended for installation directly on a machine, the unit brings protected analog outputs into the field so controllers can operate actuators without additional enclosures. By combining a bus interface, power routing, and a sealed housing, it helps reduce panel space and shorten signal paths in automated equipment.

Its communication layer uses the CANopen fieldbus and an integrated T-connector, allowing the module to be inserted anywhere along the trunk without additional junction hardware. After a telegram is received, the internal circuitry updates the output latches in less than 4 ms, supporting motion sequences that require precise timing. The module provides 4 output channels for small groups of field devices.
