The EL4712 from Beckhoff in the EL EtherCAT Terminals series is a robust 2-channel analog output terminal designed for industrial control. It features a 16 bit resolution and a signal range of 0 to 20 mA, with a conversion time of ~ 10 microseconds. The terminal offers distributed clocks with a precision of less than 1 microsecond and an oversampling factor selectable from 1 to 100 fold. It operates on a 24 V DC power supply.
