The EL3314 is an EtherCAT terminal designed by Beckhoff and part of the EL EtherCAT Terminals series. It offers a 4-channel analog input for temperature measurement with a 16 bit signal resolution and uses a spring-loaded technique for connections. With differential ground reference and a sampling rate below 10 ms, it supports voltage, RTD and TC signals. The terminal is not intrinsically safe and is rated for ATEX Zone 2 explosion protection with UL approvals.
