EJ1914 by Beckhoff

The EJ1914 is a Beckhoff plug-in from the EJ EtherCAT Plugins series that provides localized digital I/O on carrier boards. It is intended for modular machines where space and wiring must be minimized. The device inserts four clocked outputs and four standard inputs directly into the EtherCAT signal chain so that a controller can trigger actuators and read sensors with deterministic timing.

Electrical power is supplied at 24 VDC, and each of the four channels designated as clock outputs can source up to 11 mA. The module publishes its channel edges through EtherCAT-synchronized latches, enabling precise distribution of 4 clock outputs to drives or stepper controllers.
