The CX5020 Embedded PC series is part of Beckhoff's CX5000 family, comprising DIN rail-mountable, fanless embedded PCs. These PCs are equipped with a single-core 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor featuring hyperthreading technology. Depending on the installed TwinCAT runtime environment (supporting both TwinCAT 2 runtime and TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR)), the CX5020 series is versatile for implementing PLC/Motion Control projects with or without visualization. Designed to operate reliably in harsh environments, CX5020 PCs feature magnesium construction for reduced weight, space efficiency, and enhanced screening and ESD protection.
