The visualization surface measures 19 in and is based on a TFT panel that renders process graphics at a native resolution of 1280 × 1024. A galvanically isolated input accepts a 24 VDC supply, and average power demand is limited to 32 W, simplifying cabinet power budgeting and heat dissipation. The front and side faces achieve a protection rating of IP65, preventing dust ingress and water jets from affecting the electronics during washdown or aggressive cleaning. Four M6 threaded mounting points, each 18 mm deep, are provided on the rear plate to secure the panel to brackets or swing arms without additional adapters. A 19-pole M16 DVI-I port transmits video up to 50 m, allowing the computer unit to reside in a separate, climate-controlled panel while the screen remains on the machine.

All field connections use circular plugs with enhanced sealing. Data contacts inside the connector area are protected to IP67 once the mating cables are tightened, ensuring signal integrity even when the panel is exposed to coolant spray. The USB-E interface terminates on an 8-pole M9 jack and supports transfer rates up to 480 Mbit/s over shielded twisted-pair runs as long as 50 m, enabling the remote connection of touch controllers or USB storage devices. DC input enters through a 4-pole M12 connector that carries power and functional ground in a single locking plug, reducing assembly time and preventing accidental polarity reversal.
