The CP7903-0001-0010 is an industrial Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and supplied within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines a touchscreen display, industrial computer hardware, and a sealed front panel in a single operator station for PLC-based machinery. The integrated interface provides on-machine visualization and direct interaction with automation software.

The front accommodates a 19-inch TFT display that renders process graphics at 1280 × 1024 pixels, providing ample workspace for multi-window SCADA layouts. A projected capacitive touchscreen is protected by a front bezel rated at IP65, preventing dust and water jets from reaching the electronics during routine washdowns. Power is supplied from a 24 V control circuit, and the unit accepts 22-30 VDC to tolerate normal plant voltage fluctuations. The cabinet depth is only 45 mm, allowing installation in shallow swing arms or enclosure doors. Its 455 mm height leaves space for adjacent push buttons and other controls. Video from a remote box PC can be routed through the DVI-Extended input, with signal transmission supported over as much as 50 m of shielded cabling. Two USB-Extended 2.0 ports allow a keyboard, mouse, or barcode scanner to be connected outside the cabinet. Four M6 × 18 mm mounting threads on the rear plate secure the panel to VESA-compatible or custom brackets without an additional frame.

The electronics operate in ambient temperatures of 0 to +55 °C, while powered-down storage is permitted from -25 °C to +65 °C. The assembly withstands shocks of up to 5 G for 30 ms, supporting installation on machinery exposed to sudden movement or impact. It also tolerates vibration from 10-58 Hz at 0.035 mm, helping the display remain stable on stamping presses or mobile equipment. The panel has a total width of 504 mm, and its steel chassis provides a rigid mounting surface. The passive cooling design transfers internal heat through the enclosure without requiring a fan, reducing moving components while maintaining the permitted operating temperature range.
