The CP7800-0001-0010 is a Panel PC assembled by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. It integrates an industrial display, processing electronics, and field-ready I/O in a single enclosure, allowing it to run HMI, data-logging, and soft-PLC tasks directly on the machine. Power is applied through a four-pole M12 connector. The aluminum housing is sealed against dust and washdown fluids, enabling installation on factory lines and process skids without an additional cabinet.

The computer operates from a 24 VDC supply, and this low-voltage input simplifies wiring inside control panels. Visual output leaves the housing through a DVI-D interface that connects to the display through a 19-pole M16 DVI connector, preserving signal integrity over industrial cable lengths. The front has an IP65 rating that prevents water jets, oil spray, and dust from reaching internal components. Removable media and service tools connect through one port that supports the USB 1.1 standard. Its differential signaling provides a sustained throughput of 12 Mbps through the five-pole M9 receptacle. The CP7800 is rated for continuous operation at ambient temperatures up to 55 °C. It remains functional at relative humidity levels as high as 95% RH and can be stored between -20 °C and +65 °C without loss of performance. The enclosure withstands shocks of up to 5 G for 30 ms, helping protect the internal electronics from brief impacts and machine movement. It also complies with random vibration levels reaching 0.5 G across a frequency range of 58 Hz to 500 Hz. These operating limits support use around machine-tool pulses, mobile equipment jolts, and changing temperatures while the DVI and USB communication links remain active.
