The CP6932-1009-0000 is a 19-inch control panel manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as a remote operator interface, the panel presents process data and accepts user input on the factory floor while the linked industrial computer remains inside a control cabinet. Integrated display, touch, and peripheral connections enable machine-level visualization, recipe handling, and manual overrides without exposing sensitive electronics to harsh conditions.

The panel uses a TFT display to provide clear graphics across a range of ambient lighting conditions. Video arrives through one DVI Extended port, and within Beckhoff's transmission system, the picture remains free of artifacts when the host PC is no farther than 50 m from the screen. The enclosure provides IP65 protection at the front and IP20 protection at the rear, allowing spray-down cleaning of the front while the rear remains suitable for cabinet interiors. Power cabling must deliver at least 22 VDC at the plug to maintain stable backlight brightness. One USB 2.0 Type B service connector and two USB 2.0 Type A outputs accommodate a keyboard, mouse, and data-logging devices within a 5 m cable run.

The control voltage is regulated at approximately 24 VDC, aligning the unit with common machine power buses, and the supply socket is rated for 16 A to tolerate inrush from the display backlight and attached peripherals. Field wiring enters through spring clamps that accept a maximum conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm², supporting low-loss power delivery over long cable runs. The aluminum housing withstands shocks up to 5 G for 30 ms without image dropout. When higher-speed diagnostics are needed, the optional USB-E interface transfers data at 480 Mbit/s through a single RJ45-style jack, extending USB signals over industrial wiring beyond the normal reach of conventional cables.
