The CP6931-0002-0000 panel PC is produced by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for machine-level visualization and control, the unit combines an industrial touchscreen front with integrated computing hardware so automation programs, SCADA clients, or HMI runtimes can run directly on the equipment. Mounting the panel on an enclosure door reduces cabinet depth while providing operators with local processing power and fieldbus connectivity.

The electronics operate from a regulated input of 22-30 VDC, and the power connector accepts field conductors up to 1.5 mm². When energized, the assembly has a front-side ingress rating of IP65, allowing washdown in dusty or humid areas, while the rear section has an IP20 classification for standard cabinet interiors. Continuous operation is supported across an ambient temperature range of 0 to +55 °C. The panel provides two USB 2.0 Type A ports for user-accessible peripheral connections. An internal USB-E bridge transfers data at 480 Mbit/s through an RJ45-coded receptacle, allowing devices such as cameras or service drives to be connected over cable runs of up to 5 m. The incoming supply uses a 16 A power plug to support fused power distribution.

For dynamic environments, the housing withstands mechanical shocks of 5 G for 30 ms. It also resists continuous vibration at 10-58 Hz with 0.035 mm displacement and 58-500 Hz at 0.5 G. The internal DisplayPort replicator supports DDC monitor traffic at a maximum frequency of 50 kHz, while the DVI interface carries full-resolution video over cable runs as long as 50 m. A storage temperature range of -25 °C to +65 °C permits transportation or periods of inactivity in unconditioned warehouses. The rear cable-entry area remains accessible from inside the cabinet, where the IP20 section protects against accidental contact with internal components.
