The CP3919-0010 is an industrial panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. It integrates a 19-inch display, controller, and projected-capacitive touch layer into one unit intended for direct machine installation. A scratch-resistant glass front forms the user surface, while a milled aluminum housing provides structural strength and heat dissipation without external fans. By combining processing power, visualization, and touch input in a single sealed device, the unit simplifies cabinet layouts and shortens cable runs in distributed automation cells.

The computer is supplied with a nominal input of 24 VDC and continues to operate down to 22 VDC measured at the supply plug, allowing for voltage drops along long cable runs. The M12 power connector permits a maximum current draw of 16 A and accepts up to four 0.75 mm² conductors terminated in a 4-pin M12 socket. The enclosure has an IP65 protection rating, resisting dust and low-pressure water jets. It maintains full functionality in ambient humidity up to 95% under noncondensing conditions. Conducted and radiated emissions comply with EN 61000-6-4 limits, while immunity to industrial interference complies with EN 61000-6-2.

Graphics, USB, and control data can be transmitted over Beckhoff's CP-Link channel for distances up to 100 m, supporting both stationary and articulated mounting arrangements. The connection uses an 8-pin M12 socket on the rear panel, while the separate 4-pin power inlet keeps power wiring apart from data cabling. During transport or accidental impact, the assembly withstands shocks of 5 G for up to 30 ms without loss of functionality. Projected-capacitive touch technology enables multi-finger operation through thin gloves. The aluminum chassis shields the internal electronics while helping to keep the overall mass low.
