The C6525-1003-0030 is a fanless industrial PC from Beckhoff within the C6 Industrial PC Units series. It mounts directly inside a machine cabinet and runs real-time automation software for coordinating motion, recording production data, and operating HMI screens. Central processing, storage, and fieldbus interfaces are contained in one enclosure, allowing the unit to serve as the primary controller for assembly machines, packaging lines, and distributed I/O installations. Its fanless design also eliminates moving cooling components and allows heat to dissipate through the enclosure.

The aluminum housing measures 330 mm in width, 275 mm in height, and 82 mm in depth, allowing the computer to fit inside shallow control panels while retaining front access to its connections. With a mass of 4.74 kg, the PC can be secured to a suitable mounting plate without secondary supports. The internal connection area has an IP20 protection rating, which helps prevent accidental contact with hazardous internal components. Continuous operation is permitted at ambient humidity levels of up to 95 percent without condensation. A single RS-232 port supports barcode scanners, diagnostic equipment, and other legacy peripherals that use serial communication.

The protected outer shell has an IP65 rating, providing resistance to dust and water jets when the unit is installed as intended. One DVI output supports a panel-mounted monitor, while four USB 2.0 ports provide connections for removable storage, input devices, and HMI accessories. Two embedded Ethernet controllers, an Intel i210 and an Intel i219, support redundant or segmented network configurations. Dual RJ45 connectors provide Gigabit Ethernet links using 100/1000BASE-T, giving the controller high-speed access to industrial and supervisory networks. A regulated 24 VDC input allows the PC to share a power bus with compatible digital I/O equipment. The available interfaces support real-time communication among sensors, drives, operator displays, and higher-level control systems.
