The C6130 is an industrial PC unit produced by Beckhoff for the C6 Industrial PC Units series. It functions as a central controller that hosts real-time operating systems and application software for machine sequencing, motion coordination, and data exchange on the plant floor. The enclosure is designed for installation in a control cabinet where stable computing performance and standardized fieldbus interfaces are required. Its cabinet-oriented format allows the computer to operate alongside drives, power supplies, and other automation components while remaining protected by the surrounding enclosure.

The housing has a height of 423 mm, a width of 295 mm, and a depth of 250 mm, allowing it to fit on a suitable mounting plate within an industrial cabinet. The system consumes 100 W during typical operation and can be connected to a 24 V DC auxiliary supply with adequate capacity. Its first network adapter supports 10/100/1000BASE-T, while a second port supports 10/100BASE-T for separating machine communication from higher-level network traffic. The internal power plug has five contacts, and its push-in terminals have contact spacing of 5 mm. Power wiring requires conductors with a cross-sectional area of at least 1.5 mm² to provide the required current capacity. The unit weighs 12 kg, so the cabinet structure and mounting hardware must provide adequate support.

Front-side connectivity includes 3 x USB 2.0 ports for service media, input devices, or compatible HMI equipment. The computer also provides 2 x RS-232 ports for connecting legacy sensors, barcode scanners, and other serial devices. The chassis carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for clean, dry switchgear enclosures that protect it from moisture and airborne contamination. It can operate at a maximum relative humidity of 95 percent when condensation is prevented. The chassis withstands shocks of up to 5 G for 30 ms, helping protect internal boards and installed storage from brief mechanical impacts. Video output is available through a DVI-I socket, which supports a single-cable connection to a compatible analog or digital monitor.
