The AM3052-0G01-0000 is a synchronous servo motor built by Beckhoff and assigned to the AM Synchronous Servo Motors series. As a compact rotary actuator, it converts the controlled AC output of a servo drive into precise shaft motion for positioning and velocity tasks in automated machinery. This type of motor is suited for closed-loop motion systems where accurate response and repeatable shaft movement are required. Its compact format also fits axes that need a size-matched mechanical interface and an integrated holding brake on a standard platform. Typical uses include packaging equipment, assembly stations, and other machines that rely on coordinated servo motion.

Mechanical coupling is provided by a 104 mm flange and a smooth shaft, while power and signal lines leave the housing through a rotatable angular connector or an optional terminal box for flexible cable routing. A two-pole resolver supplies rotor position feedback to the drive. The motor includes a 24 VDC holding brake that can secure loads with a holding torque between 9 Nm and 20 Nm, depending on motor length. Under continuous operation at 400 VAC, the unit delivers 1.85 kW of power, a rated speed of 2500 rpm, and rated torque of 7.06 Nm. These values match winding code G for standard thermal behavior. The overall length code 2 places the active stack in a medium frame to help keep the axis compact.
